    Wrong word and run-on sentences.
    "Employment" is not the right word; I assume you meant "environment" (or maybe "ambiance" or "atmosphere"). Unless you were talking about the staff, in which case the word is "employees."

    Since you concur that it is 'normally' a great spot, why would you post this negative review at all? I am a devoted fan of Riverwalk and would wonder why you'd post about an experience that is definitely in the minority at this family-owned, friendly, cozy establishment.
